Back in 2021, I decided to dive into web development. Fast-forward to today, and I've built everything from landing pages to full-stack applications — including a real estate platform (AeinMap), market tracking tools like Zay Gwat, and specialized mobile solutions for businesses.

My focus is building accessible, high-performance products at the intersection of design and engineering — bridging the gap between clean UI/UX and robust architecture. From spatial mapping and Next.js frontends to scalable NestJS APIs and React Native mobile apps, I care deeply about performance, keyboard navigation, and building resilient software optimized for a variety of devices.

Lately, I've been focused on building domain-specific products that solve real-world problems — from spatial mapping and real estate platforms to inventory and business management apps. AeinMap

Owned map search UI + media upload pipeline in a Turborepo monorepo (apps/web, apps/api). Chose MapLibre GL over Google Maps for vector tiles + client-side clustering (no per-request map billing), Fastify over Express for API throughput, and BullMQ + S3 presigned URLs so uploads never block the request cycle.

Multi-user inventory where concurrent checkouts must not drift stock — stock moves wrapped in Prisma $transaction with RBAC guards at the API layer. Chose shadcn/ui + Tailwind here (vs HeroUI on Restaurant POS) for dense desktop tables, audit logs, and role dashboards.
